I have been deeply involved in special opportunity investment for thirty years, leading the operation of over 30 large-scale alternative asset investment and acquisition projects. I am skilled in exploring and reshaping the value of alternative assets, and have unique professional insights in transaction structure design, innovative disposal models, and upgrading asset formats. Having a profound industry accumulation and experience in directly disposing of 30 billion yuan of alternative assets, managing 160 billion yuan of alternative assets by the end of 2025.

He leads a team of nearly 100 lawyers to deliver various NPA disposal and revitalization projects.

Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) from Columbia University, USA. He specializes in special opportunity investment, asset disposal and real estate development.

He has led strategic planning for multiple cross-border debt disposal projects, and overseen the establishment of legal and capital structures for transactions. He effectively controls project risks while driving asset appreciation. In addition, he expands the company’s investment and development business in the US real estate market, connects with local developers and investment institutions, and explores diverse cooperation opportunities.

He excels in project sourcing and evaluation, continuously identifying high-quality investment targets for the company. He is adept at distinguishing core value and potential risks amid complex legal and debt structures, and revitalizes assets and boosts their value through professional value discovery and customized solutions.

He focuses on three core business lines: corporate bankruptcy reorganization, distressed debt acquisition and debt restructuring. He has deeply participated in and successfully delivered two major bankruptcy reorganization projects involving debts of nearly RMB 5 billion. With rich frontline experience, he is skilled in delivering complex transactions and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

He has received professional bankruptcy training organized by national courts and bar associations. With solid theoretical knowledge, he has handled numerous corporate bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation cases, and acted as special legal counsel for multiple enterprises undergoing bankruptcy liquidation. He is a seasoned expert in bankruptcy law, capable of handling highly complicated bankruptcy-related cases.
