The Shanghai Zhoupu Tomorrow Huacheng project is a residential non-performing asset and guaranteed delivery building project led by Yinding Asset Management, which involves multi-party resource collaboration and refined layered disposal. It has received special coverage from mainstream media in Shanghai and has become a typical demonstration case for Pudong New Area to resolve real estate risks and implement guaranteed delivery building work. The project format is complex, with many unresolved issues, concentrated demands from property owners, and difficult disposal. Our company coordinates multiple resources including government, taxation, construction units, and community owners, adopts a layered disposal plan, and completes the entire process of revitalizing existing houses, renewing future houses, and handling property rights within 18 months.
